Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and Debit Cards. We currently accept any credit or debit card with aMasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, and American Express.
What is your return policy?
You can return any clothing product for up to 30 days from the date purchased. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and with the original packaging.
Medford Knife and Tool products have a 72 hour inspection period. No returns on custom, sculpted or special order knives.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping
Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. Orders over $99 ship free within the Continental United States. Orders over $200 ship via FedEx.
